“For the first time ever, scientists have captured images of the flash of light that sparks at the very moment a human sperm cell makes contact with an egg.”
I’m not sure what is more shocking. The fact that this scientific “discover”1 was actually published from a “timely, trusted and respected science news source”2 back in April of 2016, or the fact that most people have likely never heard of this “discover” in the last nine (9) years since the article was initially published.

And before some people get into a big tizzy about…
Pro-Lifers: “See! This proves that life begins at conception!”
Pro-Choice: “This proves nothing of the sort! It’s just a freakin’ flash of light! So what?”
I prefer to take the “high road” (whatever that’s supposed to mean) and simply state, “Hey, this is just something that a scientific journal published about a discovery they made. I am not a scientist. Maybe I’m reading something into that I want to get out of it.”
Disclaimer: I am, however, a Christian, not just in name, nor by word, but also by “works” as the Bible instructs followers of this belief system to do. So, to say that I don’t lean more towards the viewpoint that life begins at time of conception would be an insult to everything I hold dear.
Hopefully that’s “enough said” on the subject. Because I have no interest in discussing/debating my beliefs. I won’t question yours, you don’t question mine. Sound like a deal? If not, then perhaps you’d be more interested in visiting a fun and games website such as https://parade.com/1116816/marynliles/fun-websites/.
But, for those who wish to continue, let’s move on to the next page in this article, shall we?
